How old is she? What time are you trying to put her to bed? What’s your bedtime routine like? Has she always been like this or is this new?

I'm curious how old she is too. What time does she wake up/ go to sleep?

She may be getting too much sleep or not enough which would result in fighting sleep.

Does she have a bedtime routine? Bath, brush teeth, book? Something she's used to so she knows when it's time to go to bed is good for kids.

She's 1 year old. I want her to sleep at least by 11pm. There's days I get lucky & put her down by 9pm. She will wake up & stay up till 3am. She's alwys been a little owl but not as bad as She is now..

She usually falls to sleep by 1:30am-2am & wakes up at about 10am. Naps by 2pm.

I usually shower her put lavender in her Aromatherapy next to her crib to soothe her but she seems to get more energy.

It's the naps being stacked on top of each other.

Maybe try cutting out one of the naps. My son just turned 13 months old and he takes one nap in the middle of the day at 11/12 ish for 1-2 hours and then is out by 7 pm every night (sometimes 630)and sleeps for a solid 12 hours every night. So he wakes up around 6 30 or 7 the next day which works well for us since I get them up at that time to get my daughter ready and take her to preschool. Make sure you're putting her to bed at her first signs of being tired and don't wait until she gets her second wind cuz then it's really hard to get baby to sleep! And maybe try to do some activities with her before bed to help her get tired out and wind down. Give her a chance to get her energy out and then stick with a solid bed time routine so she knows it's time to sleep now.

I would wake her earlier, cut one nap out, and then put her to bed earlier. Idk if it's been a fluke or not but my ds is 3.5 months and he takes 2 naps. My dd quit all naps at 2

Try to go to one nap. We dropped to one nap around 13 months.

This timing works for us:

My lo takes his nap 5 hours after he wakes up. He takes a 2 hour nap usually. He goes to bed 6 hours after he wakes up. My lo only sleeps 10 hours at night unfortunately. ☹

Try dropping a nap and getting her to bed earlier instead. Our 3 year old has slept through from 7:30-8pm each night until roughly the same in the morning since she was 2months old. Just get the routine happening.

At 12 months we woke around 8. Nap at 11 for an hour. Nap at 3:30/4 for an hour. Down around 9 for bed.

We dropped to one nap closer to 15/16 months.
