PLEASE HELP!! Why does my 4 month old playful infant suddenly start screaming at the top of her voice?

She didn't lean or roll on anything? Hasn't jammed her finger or toe in any toy or put anything in her mouth?

Maybe she is teething or she has a tummy ache :/ Hope she will be okay very soon :)

Or perhaps its not playing related and reflux or trapped wind? Hunger, dirty nappy or tiredness? I know these are simple things, but you never know?

No I change her diaper I do everything and anything possible for her not to have those moments but its impossible! It seems like she has anxiety, she yells for a good 30 mins with pauses in between & during that time I feed her, change her, burp her & nothing makes her happy. Is it possible for babies to get anxiety so little?!

Try some gas drops to rule it out.

She's at the teething age. It can be rough. Poor little thing.

Signs of separation anxiety can be noticed from 6 or 7 months, but is usually between 10 to 18 months and lessens up by 2 years. Separation anxiety can happen when you leave your child to go to work or run an errand. However, with this being said, my daughter had it earlier then 6months, and I was a stay at home mum. I hardly left her side, and she suffered it quite heavily. She's 20months now and I still have to lie with her to put her to bed with naps and overnight. It is possible out of the usual "criteria". Google it to find out more, but it could be that. Unfortunately there's not much you can do about it though. Good luck

When she is screaming, is she playing or is she crying? It could be the first signs of a very attached baby. My son use to do it. And wake us up just to look at us at 3am lol. Omg we never got sleep. When he realized all he has to do is scream and we will just do what he wants, he still does it. He's 2 now. Or she could just be testing our the cords and playing. Doesn't always have to be something bad. Don't worry :)
