I get to see my little girl today. I'm 16weeks 3 days last time I saw her I was 9ish weeks along. I had the blood test done to check all chromosomes and to find out gender. Today we get a pic to show she is a girl ?
You're getting frequent cervical scans too, @Penneflower? I've been getting them bi-weekly but have to start weekly at 20 weeks. It's kinda getting old lol! Fun that you got a peak at baby this last time though!
Yes @jules this was my first one. I'm 16 weeks today. I'll be getting them every other week until 24 weeks. Then I'm not sure after that. I started progesterone shots today too. Are you doing those as well? I think they will probably give me a peek at baby every time! ???????? I'm getting my anatomy scan in 2 weeks also! I don't mind it if I can get a peek at baby! Plus it reassures me. ?
No, I don't have to get progesterone shots, just the sonos every time. Sometimes I get a peek at baby and sometimes not. You're right, it's reassuring when you do but geeze the weekly visits are going to make for a loooong pregnancy! I have to deliver by 37 weeks, are they scheduling you for an early delivery too? Mine is because I had a uterine rupture with my last delivery so they don't want to risk letting me go into labor.
@jules I delivered my last at 36 weeks but I had a lot of preterm labor so they are being overly cautious this time. They only mentioned coming in every 2 weeks until 24 weeks and then they didn't say what's next after that. I will get the shots til 36 weeks every week. The goal is to keep in until at least 37 weeks ?? I know the appts are tedious but uterine rupture is scary! I'm glad they are keeping an eye on you!

This was just a quick peek cause I'm getting cervical ultrasounds every 2 weeks now. I hope he's more cooperative next time for my anatomy scan!

I as well get cervical measurements done every two weeks up until 24 weeks. I got pregnant right after having part of my cervix removed.
