Back pain?
I'm 6 weeks and I'm having low back pain. It isn't that bad or anything but I was just wondering if this is normal? It feels better when I lay down and is worse at the end of the day or if I've been walking around a lot.

Stretching, heat, and light pacing have been helping me

I had back pain through my whole pregnancy for my first. I would say normal. I'm happy I haven't had to deal with it yet with my second?

However be watchful, I get in trouble all the time by my doctors for leaving it on way longer then 20 min. Be careful not to overuse! They claim can cause permanet issues to blood vessels. I've used one alnost everyday for about 10 years and it's causing slight damage in my lower back but it's safer for me with Chronic pain then certain strong meds so I pick a lesser evil.

I'm 7 weeks and I have had back pain since a week before I got a BFP. It is mostly a dull but constant pain and Tylenol won't do anything for it. I don't remember having lower back pain this early with my twin boys. I've read that it is similar to ligament pains in the front and should start going away around 10-12 weeks ??
