Holy sore nipples!

So my nipples have always gotten sore around ovulation but now they are getting sore again before af. They did last cycle and I got af now they are sore again for the past couple days. Af should be here this weekend I think. Does this happen to anyone else? Before baby they never got sore at the end of my cycle.
