Waking 2 hours after bedtime?

Uh oh....mine has done it the past two nights too. I was just blaming it on the older two getting loud and rowdy before bedtime, thus waking the baby. Oops. ? Must be something else with this stage/phase

Mine has been sleeping through the night since forever but all of a sudden in the last week and a half he is waking up at 5am like clockwork. I don't feed him, I generally let him self soothe and he goes back to sleep until 7-8 but why? Why all of a sudden did he start this? Now I lay here away from 5till8 cause now I can't sleep again ughh

These babes just want to keep us on our toes I think! He did the 5am wake up for like a month it seemed. Since he learned to sleep on his tummy he's been sleeping til about 7:30. So at least that's good. I'm hoping this is just a phase. Maybe leap 5.

Oh thank god, mines been doing the same thing and then I couldn't remember if she'd actually been doing it all along cuz I'm so tired :-P Is it weird that I actually like phases cuz I know then her weird behaviors (mostly) aren't permanent?

Mine has been doing this too, but it's more like 45 mins after I lay her down. She'll wake up screaming, sometimes refusing to nurse and I can only get her calmed down with a bottle. She was doing awesome before our trip..her routine was all out of whack so I was thinking it was because of that. It's been almost a week since we've been home, though. Before she was going down around 6 or 7 and waking up twice, now I get her in her crib around 7 or 8, she's up an hour or so later and every 1.5 after that

I guess it's just part of leap 5 maybe? Naps were horrible yesterday. One 1 hour nap and one 30 min nap. He was overtired and wouldn't go to sleep last night. Absolutely nothing I could do comforted him besides nursing but then as soon as I took him off he was screaming again. I did let him CIO some last night cause I was at my wits end. I feel horrible but he needed to sleep. ? he fell asleep by 9:15 and then woke at 12:30 to eat 3 oz which he didn't really need I'm sure but at least he went right back to sleep. Then he woke at 4:30 screaming for 1 minute and went back to sleep before I could even get in there. Of course I have to work today so no going back to sleep for mama. ?☕️

Update: last night was back to sleeping almost 12 hours! Went down and cried only a couple minutes and didn't hear a peep out of him the rest of the night. I'm hoping we are back to normal! He also took a 3 HR nap today too. Pleeaseeee baby keep this up!

Mine too! He hasn't been eating but he freaks out. He used to do this when he was a little younger because he couldn't find his paci but then he learned to find it.

Last night I didn't put the paci in his mouth, I just put it in front of him to see. I'm awake right now because I know he is going to wake up. .

Faith has been doing this for the last week. She goes down fine but will wake up screaming about an hour or so after we put her in her pack n play. She fusses every once in a while when she rolls around trying to get comfortable, but sometimes she'll just scream/cry. I can usually soothe her back to sleep without picking her up but once it gets to about 2 or 3am and she does it, she ends up in bed with me (which I secretly love because baby cuddles!).

My friend thinks she has teething pain but I keep forgetting to give her tablets at night to see if that will help. No sign of teeth yet.

I'm thinking it's something with leap 5 too. We made it out of leap 4 with very little fussiness, so this must be my karma.
