Im so fed up with prime . Thy locked me out of my account when I had the free trial and then charged me for two months . I’ve called two different times but apparently the department that handles this doesn’t do phone calls only emails ?. They were suppose to email me but I never received anything. They did give me a refund for those two months but never unlocked my account. I just want to delete my account . I’m never doing a prime trial again! Lol
