Can I get some positive thoughts/prayers for my baby girl? We are in day 3 of a fever with cold symptoms and vomiting. Pedi says it's just an upper respiratory infection that needs to run its course but my sweet, vivacious girl is absolutely miserable.

I definitely think the vomiting is from the mucus draining into her stomach. And thankfully, the fever has stayed low grade, never above 101, so lots of baths and skin to skin seem to help. I hope you're right and she's on the upward swing.
