Protein in urine

I am 32 weeks and at my Dr. appt I had to give a urine sample because my bp was a little elevated 142/68.... and they found 1+ protein in my urine and sent it on to the lab to see if it is just from vaginal discharge or if it could be the start of Pre E.... I feel fine no swelling, no headaches, no vision issues and I have had high bp for years... I am hoping the protein is just from discharge and my bp may be from me having sinus/allergy issues this week and my body being in pain in general.....
