Sick as a dog

Omg.... after dinner lastnight out of no where I started feeling under the weather. I tried to take a nap and sleep it off. I woke up feeling sick still. All of a sudden I had a horrible upset stomach then came the diarrhea and while I was on the toliet I started vomitting like crazy I filled half a grocery bag and then it just started coming out all over me and the floor ? I couldn't even get up to take my kids to school today... I missed work they missed school and I have been in bed allday drinking water, gatorade, 7up and eating crackers and sleeping. I just ate half a bowl of soup and took some pepto.. hoping to get better so I can avoid a hospital visit.
