My bird decided it would be a great idea to walk across the floor and make a nest in our laundry basket. I didn't even notice until she peeked around the corner into the kitchen and clucked at me.

SO got her and an African grey as hatchlings 10 years ago. Sadly the African grey passed from 'flipped intestines' before i knew him. But this is Lucy. Our pain in the butt ?

I'm a bird lover myself, my grandparents had 4-6 birds inside. (macaws, cockatoos and greys) Aviaries full of greys and amazons outside, as well as rescue birds.
I love bumping into other people that love birds. ?

I appreciate her. I personally wouldn't have gotten something so big but she was apart of the full SO package. I couldnt ask him to get rid of her. I've learned to love her. But currently she's in her annual mating phase and is doing a lot of screaming. She has quite the personality too.
