No symptoms

I'm 4 weeks 6 days and I really don't have many symptoms. Extremely sore breasts, hungry a bit more than usual and sleepy (but I feel like I'm always sleepy, being that i have a toddler lol). With my first I had no symptoms for a really long time, I remember I was taking tests like every 2 days haha. Is anyone else in the same boat as Me? It took a year and a half and a lot of trials and tribulations to get to this BFP and so I'm stressing about everything.
