Has anyone with Kaiser insurance had an ultrasound at 16 weeks and was able to find out the gender? Just curious because I have my 16 week appointment this Friday and I’m just so anxious to know if we are having a son or a daughter first & I don’t want to wait another 3 or 4 weeks. Friday feels like it can’t come any sooner; I’m desperate to know! ??

My sister has had kaiser for both her pregnancies and she only got a dating scan at 8 weeks and an anatomy scan at 20 weeks

The tech at kaiser who did my NT scan at exactly 14 weeks was super sweet and told me the sex of baby and also did a 3d scan. but usually they make you wait untill your anatomy scan to find out. I think it just depends on who's doing your ultrasound.

I have kaiser and they didn't tell me, because the Tech told me she told the wrong sex to a girl long time ago and the girl wanted to sue her hahahaha since then she just decided to wait until the anatomy scan just to be sure. After she told me the story, I didn't want to know anymore until my anatomy scan hahaha

I have Kaiser for both my kids , and now the 3rd one. They only have me gender at anatomy scan which I was about 19 to 20 wks. I did not get any ultrasound after that until my delivery because my Dr said I'm not high risk.
