That moment you realised that although doing everything to ttc, you set yourself up to fail. Been told to stop taking sevenseas trying for a baby due to b6 messing my cycle (cd 44 and bfn), was only taking as a prenatal vitamin for folic etc. So been advised to take Tesco melts as they don't contain b6, so sad as thought doing everything right. Been told af should arrive in a few days as b6 leaves my body. On plus side my basal thermometer and opks arrived today xx

Oh chic I am sorry sorry to read this we get so desperate don't we to fill that empty feeling after a miscarriage but it will happen I had my rainbow baby in March I had convinced myself it was never going to happen again and wasn't even trying when I got pregnant they say that's when it happens. Fingers crossed af comes soon so you can start a fresh x

Thanks Jackie that sounds positive, I just feel like I'm in limbo, I hope it happens soon as isla is nearly 2.5yrs old and don't want a big age gap xx

Oh Ellie, sorry I didn't reply earlier. Couldn't think of what to say. It's hard not to want to try every remedy and supposed miracle infertility cure. We will get there together though. It's not worth beating yourself up over.

Thankyou ladies,your all so kind(actually had a few tears-that made my hubby give me a look). I put my thermometer next to the bed and set my alarm to start temping, and have my opks ready for after af appears( hopefully soon) and taking my Tesco prenatal melts, so we shall see xx
