Svere nappy rash..☹️
My poor lg has the worst nappy rash iv ever seen, it only really came about yesterday but its red raw and looks like its bleeding,its like wet red patches its not pouring out blood but its not dry, sorry hard to explain but she has the ?s so its like every hour she has a pooy nappy again its not getting a chance to heal. Iv been using sudocrem but does anyone kno of a better product that works quick or tips on changing her maybe, iv been trying cotton wool and water but she screams her little head off i practically have to pin her down for ages while i try clean her up. She cries to sit down and is walking with her legs apart like shes s*** herself....plz any advice u can give i feel soo bad for her and cant get her a docs appt till at least the morning. Xx

Metanium is amazing like pp's have said... (Only use a thin layer though. It can make it worse if too much is applied.). Took less than a day for my little girl's bad rash to go. That stuff is the best ?

Shays bum gets so bad when he's teething it's actually blistered before I use metanium and it clears it up the same day x

Metanium is amazing cream. Try boots, you should be able to get the cream on minor ailments. Clears my wee girls nappy rash up in no time. Xx

Zinc and Castor oil from the chemist clears up my son's rashes straight away. Sounds so sore for her, poor thing. If Harry's is bad then I leave nappy off and wash his bum in the bath instead of wiping lots. Go back to water and cotton wool if you don't want to bath every time though. Hope it clears quickly and if not, go to the doc as they could give you something medicated if needed X

I swear by metanium ive dealt with really bad nappy rashes over the years with my lot with teething and metanium clears it right up quickly you can get it from boots or big supermarket x

Egg whites, worked for my nephew every time, his skin just didn't agree with nappy material and he always got nappy rash, this works a charm x

Bepanthem & changing her bum as soon she's wet or dirty. Also try to get some air to her little lady parts each change making sure there's not wetness left back from wipes.

Best,advice I ever got was to make sure you rub in the cream, don't leave it white on their bum, give it a really good rub in, made a big difference. I used bepanthen and got on great with it but also heard great things about metanium.

Thanks for all the replies ladies, i got metanium and its helped loads! she doesnt cry everytime she wees now and its looking loads better so hopefully ut will clear up soon. Its awfull when there hurting, swear i was nearly crying everytime she did ? but that metanium has worked great so cant thank you enough ! X
