Hunger pains

Does anyone get extreme hunger pains early in the morning? I do. And I get bad chills and I almost get nausea that I don't even wanna eat anymore. I just have to curl up into a ball with a blanket to stay warm while the little episode happens. Just trying to see if this happens to anyone else. Is it simply just hunger pains? I've never been such an early eater but during pregnancy.

Yes! It's not fun at all. I'm 7 weeks and I get chills all day with nausea. It's worse if I'm hungry. But after eating i feel great for about an hour before it starts all over again. This is not fun, at all.

Oh I see. I feel like I'm being a baby about it but it's pretty painful. I have similar issues haha hence why I'm apparently starving ughh ? 
Solution = EAT ?

This happens to me and I ebf. My baby is fussy, so eating is challenging. I get weak and nauseous from the hunger when I exert too much energy without eating enough, which is normal for anyone, but the intensity is way different now.
