Anyone have any idea how I can use a form of aromatherapy in while in labor in the hospital? I'm thinking obviously no flames but maybe Scentsy, like an oil burner? I'll ask my dr at the end of the month when I have my appt but just looking for some ideas to help relax while in labor and I love aromatherapy.

I brought my diffuser to the hospital 2 years ago when I was in labor with my first!! The nurses kept saying how we had the best smelling room ? I would look I to getting a diffuser if you don't have one!! We alternated lavender, stress away and peace and calming

I have a little humidifier that also has a calming light! It's called Miu, it's not hot most so ok to put essential oils in!
I'm going to mix a few drops in my body oil and in the tub at the hospital. You can do the same if your oils are therapeutic grade!

On etsy I've seen aroma therapy necklaces you can put different scents inside of it. Wear it during labor
