Snack ideas?
This is my first pregnancy. And it's been rough with morning sickness and fatigue. I wake up multiple times a night, as many others, but I can't get the snacking thing down. Any tips, ideas on easy snacks to eat late night/early morning? Like, now LOL 3:30am and I'm hungry. Thanks! (:

Banana, crackers or cookies.

Pretzels and Hummas yummmy! I usually have a bowl of cereal or toast with peanut butter.

Pretzels, veggie sticks, vanilla wafers are all my go to snacks

Any type of fruit. Apples have worked great for me. Tost. Rasin cinnamon bagel. Yogurt.

Applesauce was my saving grace! And I really like the slim fast chocolate protein drinks, for some reason no matter how bad I felt I could always drink one of those and I felt good about it because it has lots of vitamins, etc

I need protein or I just become a shaky bottomless pit! So cottage cheese single packs, Greek yogurt with nuts and chia seeds and dried fruit thrown in, trail mix, hard boiled eggs, cheese and crackers, hummus or dip with veggies.

If you're into sweets I would recommend fruit or granola bites very yummy. But if youre craving salty I would suggest crackers, carrot sticks or pretzels lol. Good luck

Raisins & almonds, grapes, String cheese, popcorn, or a bowl of cereal all work for me.

My favorites are: cheddar cheese and crackers, sliced cucumbers with a little bit of salt and yogurt.

I keep a bowl of almonds next to my bedside in case I wake up hungry in the middle of the night!

Very helpful. Thank you for all the ideas :) Wrote a list and I'll be trying some of the ones I haven't tried yet.
