Does it give you energy? Does it boost your sex drive? If so I definitely need these because Lord knows my sex drive is extremely low. My husbands isn't but mine is. ? I could literally go weeks without sex and be just fine with it. Grrr.. ?

Yes you can take the recommend dose but I would just do the 3 to start out cause it will upset your tummy for about a week (maybe 2 )just depends on you I'm taking 2 950mg at a time (1900mg total)..yes he can do that won't hurt none in a smoothie he can take this but honestly black maca is best for men red for woman (not sure why) but I've taken those b4 and was just fine same w hubby.. I'm actually taking a mixture of red yellow and black maca. Keep me posted on how you do.. Kmfx for ya!

Oh, do you know if it's OK if my husband opens them up and pour the powder into a drink? He doesn't like taking pills (Even though I told him these capsules are easier to take ?) lol!
