I have a retroverted uterus. I conceived 1 &2 within 1 & 2 months of trying. So it does not and should not affect fertility. During pregnancy it also moves forward around 12 weeks until you give birth.

I have one as well my uterus is upside down and my cervix is tilted and yes it makes it harder but not impossible... as after you BD just hold you legs up in the air like your gonna ride a bicycle that way the sperm can travel otherwise it will never reach on its own you have to help it

I have one also not sure if it's affected my fertility per say but I've had 2 mcs then a baby another Mc then a baby then I just had another Mc in December.
