Can someone help me? I'm trying to figure out if my Luteal Phase is long enough? I used the LP calculator and it's saying 12days. I don't really know when I ovulated last month though because I didn't use an OPK! I think it was before the 19th though. My cycles for the last three months has been 25-26 days. I'm so lost at this stuff! ?

I usually use OPKs. I don't go by these apps. These are only good for my AF! I can usually tell by my cramps. I think Ima start charting though. How many hrs of sleep do you have to have to temp? I'm a night owl at times and wondering if It would work for me??

Luteal phase should be 10-14 days. If you average 12 then I would think it wouldn't effect implantation or conceiving, but I can't say 100%
