Cervix Check
So I've been checking my cervix and today when I checked it's high, soft and closed. It's like straight up not on the side or anything! Well when I checked I feel like a little bump close to the os! I haven't been feeling it since checking it. Has anyone had this? Does anyone know what it mean? I'm going to call Monday to see if I can be seen by a Dr. Btw im 11dpo

Lol it ok. I did too at first and still kinda do as I'm getting use to checking it. I can't really explain it but you can google and it'll give u all kinds of information! ☺️

It could be a Nabothian cyst. They're fairly common cysts on the cervix that are caused by the mucus producing glands get clogged and the mucus accumulates creating small cysts. They are benign and shouldn't hurt and they go away by themselves. It'd be good to have your doctor check it out just in case though.

You're welcome! I read up on it after my midwife found one at one of my annual exams. While ttc I check my cervix and some months I have some cysts and some months I don't.
