No appetite
I'm 7w today and have had no appetite for the past 5-7 days. I know I need to eat, but nothing ever sounds good at all. When I do have a craving- I take 2 bites and feel so sick I can't eat any more. Last night I finally was able to make dinner for my hubby and I, only to eat a third of it and lay on the couch so full and sick to my stomach.

I haven't found anything yet! I feel so hungry but when I look at food I feel so sick. I haven't been able to go in my kitchen in 3 days. The smell of any cooked food makes me nauseous. I need some help with this as well haha

I am struggling with this too! The only things I can really eat are pretzel chips with cheddar cheese and bullet popsicles, the pineapple and cherry ones. Yum.

I'm grossed out from everything I prepped for my lunches this week, so lots of food going to waste. I find that fruits and anything plain taste good...lemonade, water, blueberries, Muesli cereal - not sure how I stomached that earlier...last night I ate a big burger though, so I think at night the icky feeling subsides. Blah

Thank you all for the support and suggestions!!
HNM- yes I'm taking a prenatal, and I'm exercising when I have the energy.
I find fruit and yogurt to be the easiest to eat in small quantities. It's really more just forcing myself to get something in my belly every few hours.

I had the same issue, but either I worked through it super quick or the lemon and ginger tea I drink every morning and afternoon is doing the trick. I found dairy to be a trigger for me so got rid off that and nibbling crackers throughout the day helps a bit with indigestion which I've been getting for the first time ever. Also eating fruit, tinned or fresh (ice cold) is doing the trick. And lots of cold drinks.
Good luck finding what works for you!

I've tried everything turning to peppermint essential oils this weekend. My fiancé is getting so mad because I never eat (he gets dramatic because I try to eat every few hours) and when I do I get sick. My best friend is the toilet and I had to out myself at work because of it. Has been like this for 5 weeks and Im 9 weeks tomorrow. The doc doesn't seem too concerned and even told me to go workout more.
