help bring on the labor!

So I had my baby DEC 3 I had a drs appt on the 2nd at 2:30 my Dr told me I was only 3 1/2cm dilated and was 70% effaced and baby was at station 1 well my Dr told me she has a trick that works every time. If you have a contraction do nipple stimulation during each contraction when the contraction stops stop doing the stimulation. I thought my Dr was crazy and I was like yeah whatever but later that night I was in the shower at 9pm started having contractions so I tried the silly trick thinking it wasn't going to work well at 9:30pm while in the shower my water had broke and I had my handsome baby DEC 3...I was pushing at 9cm dilated and never tore thanks to the primerose oil for now on I'll swear by both of these things
