May not have pcos now?

I have been going through ivf for months now and cannot get many follicles so they tested my fsh and amh. The amh came back really low at .3 my regular gyno is so confused because a few years ago my blood levels pointed to pcos without the ovaries looking like it and now low amh. Does that mean I never had it or can it go away? Surely taking pregnitude for a month a year ago didn't reverse everything did it?
