Recommendations on YouTube prenatal yoga?
Hi all, does anyone know a good prenatal yoga session on YouTube? I can't find a place to go near where I live and it's almost impossible to go somewhere with my work schedule. Could you recommend a good yoga session on YouTube? Please share the link. Thanks!
