Anyone taking this? Or anyone use natural over the counter progesterone cream? And where did you get it? I spot for about a 5day time BEFORE my full AF arrives for another 5-7 days and i was reading i could be spotting due to low progesterone and that the natural cream may help you use it after you ovulate so around cd 14 until the end of your cycle

milita sorry im meant 1/8 but ima just stay do the 1/4 tsp once a day
if u use progestron before u ovulate it stops u from ovulating. u should use it 3
milita yeah i started 4 dpo and im using 1/4 twice a day

How many moms had the epidural ? And how many moms went natural and what was your experience in going natural and would you recommend anyone to do it ?

Cream of Wheat

For some reason I want cream of wheat and it's 9:35 pm. SO is making fried chicken for us and I don't want to be rude but I need my cream of wheat! lol Does anyone else on here like cream of wheat? A lot of people don't know what it is.
