month 1 after ovarian drilling procedure

So finally got my first cycle yesterday after my procedure on Aug 11. I have to track my bbt and do ovulation test sticks starting on CD 5. Pg test one week after positive test and repeat for 3 months. Hopefully i will get pregnant in the meantime on my own but if i don't we move on to injectibles and then ivf again.
