So I'm going ahead and going to do the ovarian drilling procedure, hysteroscopy, and hsg in one shot. My surgery is scheduled for July 18. I'm tired of taking meds and I wanted to take a different approach to see if this helps. Maybe it will work. If i do have to take meds, it will help the chances of it working. I'm 36, i want to have one more baby and after 5 failed iui's, one ectopic, one succesful fresh, and two failed FETs, I need alternatives that arent as expensive as ivf. If i don't conceive, then i will do 1 more ivf round and I'm done. Its kind of a relief to see the end in sight to this nightmare of infertility no matter how it ends up. Hopefully it ends in another baby.
