being "too sensitive"

So is it just me or is anyone else getting tired of being called fat, or swole, or big? I don't think people get that no matter if I'm pregnant or not, I don't want anyone saying that to me! But bc I'm pregnant they tell me I'm just being too sensitive. .. what the....?!? How does anyone NOT get offended by being called those things? !
