So we received a baby shower invite in the mail today from one of my church members... is it bad for me to still not want to go to these things? I want to at least wait until I'm out of the "danger zone" of my first trimester before i feel like I'm okay going to these. I suffered through several in the past year and I just can't seem to manage ppl at those things telling me "you're next!" And telling me to rub the lady's belly for good luck? What in the world? Even though I have my bfp, I just want to stay away from showers for a little while longer. ... am I wrong?
