Baseline U/S and start stims tonight!

Went in for my baseline u/s and my re was already excited! She said that I should be a good responder and I can start stims tonight. Egg retrieval will be late next week sometime. The only thing is that she said because I will most likely have a lot of embryos, she will only put one back in... kinda worried about that but all it takes is one, right?
