Anyone experience a lot of spotting when taking Vitex? Is it a good or bad sign? This is my first month taking Vitex and B6. I have 10 to 11 day LPs and my cycles have been ranging from 28-35 days. I usually ovulate CD17 but no positive OPK yet either so it's not ovulation bleeding. This is my 5th month TTC baby #1.
