I went to bed last night around 10pm. Woke up a 2:30a to pee - temp 97.1. Went back to bed but didn't sleep soundly at all, kept tossing and turning. Woke up at my regular time 5:45a with a temp of 97.9. (Also should note yesterday and today I'm having ovulation pains) Which temp should I mark down?
