Labor yoga dance does work.....and sex! Lol

Omg I had my lil girl yesterday @ 4:30 pm. The night before I took a hot shower and decided to try this labor yoga dance I seen on YouTube. I was already five cent dialated for two days. The dance was very stupid but also tiring and caused lot of braxton hicks, however to me nothing seemed like labor was going to happen. Hubby and I also had sex and I went to bed around 1 am. About 6 am, I felt the first contraction and by 11 am they became intense. I cleaned my whole dam house in all that pain!!!! Lol any who made it to the hospital by 1, I was 6 dialted and I jumped to 10 cent within an hour. They broke my water and I immediately pushed once and she was out. She came exactly on her due date. Just wanted to share my experience. For anybody over due y'all just might wanna try that dance! Lol. I will post pics of baby a little later. Good luck ladies
