Failed my 1 hour glucose!

I haven't heard from the doctor yet but just got my results online. I failed with my first pregnancy by 8 points but passed the 3 hour test. This time I failed by 30 points and I was fasting! I don't have much hope that I'll pass the 3 hour test this time. Has anyone failed their 1 hour by that much and passed the 3 hour? I was 160.
