Terrified of still birth

Terrified of still birth

It's not an irrational fear at all. Just learned if my baby has the same heart condition as me her chances of still birth are 8 times higher. On top of that I just learned she's in the 8th or 9th percentile for size which causes events more risk. I haven't talked my my mfm since learning her size but when she found out I had to increase the amount of nst i do a week.

Will your Mom be in the delivery room?

Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
