3 month old weight

How much does your 3 month old weigh? My guy is a chunker at 16.8lbs.

OT. rant! forward facing early

ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.

Any advice on crib training a 3 month old?? I'm at a loss. 😫
