I'm sure I'm out

After the brown spotting almost all day yesterday and no obvious bfp I'm pretty sure I'm out. I cried myself to sleep last night and I'm now just waiting for AF to start again next month. I really dont know how long i can do this. Will this even work??? Even if i do get my bfp I'm not even sure it'll help the miscarriages. I'll love to believe this gets easier but I'm sure it doesn't.
