Can my small follicles grow more?

So yesterday morning i had 4 follicles two at 15.5, 14, and 13. The doctor believed the 15's would grow to at least 16 before i triggered that night and grow more between trigger and O. But I'm wondering if the 14 could possibility grow enough to also release an egg?
