Husband Leaving

If you knew your husband was leaving for a while (military deployment, 3 years where he could be gone most of the year each year)would you continue ttc? This would be our first child and i would probably move back to my hometown while hes gone(hes really over protective and doesnt want me living there while hes gone) so i would have help with the baby he would just miss out on everything.
