do you tell ppl you're ttc???

Im just asking because ppl ask me if my hubby and I have children and I answer no quickly, not because i dont want any but because I've had 3 chemicals in 4 months. They are quick to think we dont want any and I dont have the heart to tell them "i want children so bad!!! I already have the nursery painted and decor picked out on pinterest"
