I was spotting last last as i went to the ER. I'm 4weeks 6 days and when they did the ultrasound the baby was in my tubes still. I was told I would have to have surgery to remove it. after the OB looked at everything they said give it a couple of days to see if it moves. My hcg are extremely low ,18. I'm so worried amd it doesn't look good as I'm bleeding heavier.
