4 weeks 5 days and spotting

In a first time mom and i went to the bathroom and there was a little pinl blood when i wiped. Not sure what to do. I'm not cramping and bbt still high. Should i wait an hour or two to see if it stops? Should i immediately go to the ER. I havent met with my doctor yet and since I'm new to the area i dont have a relationship with any doctor.
