Slow progress

2 days ago I went to the doctor and had many follicles measuring 11mm. It was day 3 of stims. I went today, day 5 of stims, and they are still the same. My doctor said they are behind and they should be around 18mm. She also said that she isn't worried and we are still early in the game. My estrogen is rising perfectly so she wants me to keep the same protocol and return in 2 days. I am totally defeated. I did not have this problem at all my first IVF so this was completely shocking to me. Has anyone else in here been a slow starter and caught up?
