Paranoid?

So at 5w I had some brown bleeding. I got check out and everything was fine. I had a follow up scan at 6w1d and saw baby’s heartbeat at 111. I am now 8w2d and I just feel worried after reading so many stories online about how women go for their 6w scan and everything is fine and then later having no heartbeat or growth since 6weeks. So I am paying out of pocket for an additional scan this week. My next appointment isn’t until 10w and they (my ob) aren’t doing another scan until 20 weeks. I’m just impatient and want to see the baby to see that everything is ok. Am I crazy?
