Bleeding?

So I am only 5w 4d and I started having some brown bleeding. Called my md's office and they sent me to the emergency room. Got an ultrasound and they saw a gestational sac and yolk. They said my cervix is closed and they were not concerned because it didn't look like a mc. Has anyone every had this before and it turn out ok? I'm just not feeling satisfied with their answer. I know there is only so much they can do but idk. I'm scared.
