How long are you nursing during overnight feedings? Lately my little one is only nursing for about 10 minutes. I can have her changed, fed, burped and back in bed in 20ish minutes. I'm hoping she just has gotten more efficient..

Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
