RANT! Our dogs

Before getting pregnant our dogs were a DREAM! The kind of dogs you brag about. They never got into the trash, poop or peed in the house, and did not chew stuff up.. well they have becoming terrible! Are they acting out because there's a baby coming? If we leave them alone they knock the trash over, find any and EVERYTHING to destroy (socks, shoes, toilet paper, toys, pillows etc) I am at the point where I don't know what to do! We crate them when we at at work, but typically don't if we leave the house for a couple of hours. I feel guilty crating them any time we leave, but I'm honestly out of options. Anyone else's dogs acting like a****** s?! Do you think a dog trainer would help?

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Locking your doors We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?

Nobody wants free stuff!

Nobody wants free stuff! We cleaned out our garage this weekend so I can park Big Bertha in there. We had a fairly new washer and dryer (about 3 years old but only used for a year) that has been sitting in our garage since we moved into our house because it came with a washer and dryer. They have to go in order for my giant van to fit, and I really don't care about getting any money for them I just want them gone. I offered them up for free to anyone as long as they just come and get them. Nobody wants them though! I'm pretty shocked about that.

When we moved out into the cabin to start our Homestead we left our house (owned) in town and recently rented it out. I found out that they have moved another couple in with them. We have a contract between us and the original renters. Do I legally have the right to tell them to move the other family out? I’m only charging them $300 rent for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house so they shouldn’t need help with rent. 🧐 I didn’t do background checks on this second couple so I don’t feel comfortable having them in the house. Edit: they didn’t even tell me, I found out myself when I went to pickup my vacuum I loaned them.
