Initials and same name as cousins
I’ve been struggling so much with names. I had a girl name picked out no problem and we’re having a boy which is what we were hoping for. Boy names have just been so hard for me. Our last name ends in a Y and every name I’ve liked can be shortened to a nickname with a Y and I think it sounds terrible. I loved Harrison but Harry Avery doesn’t sound good to me and I just know someone would call him Harry. I didn’t name my daughter what I first wanted because of this same problem. My next name choice I’ve liked is Alexander but with the middle name we’re set on he would have initials of AAA. Have you let initials influence your name choice? We also have a cousin whose 14 year old son is Alexander but we’re not around them a lot with my husband in the military.

Girl names that start with A
Hi ladies! What are some of your favorite "A" names for girls? Hub and I decided that we wanted baby girls initials to spell ACT. And we like the middle name Camila but I can't decide on what A names to sound good with it. Please help!

So if i have a girl ... I’m thinking of afew names but one in the Bible I’ve always loved - Tamar but i also would love to have a kid named after my mom bc we’re super close . So Hanna or Tamar . ( which means date tree i believe she was a prophetess) anyway... if it’s a boy I’ve run out of names i like honestly so I’ll be screwed
So I made the post not to long ago about not having rights to the name blah blah blah well my cousin made a list of baby names for girls and guess what there it is again last one on the list!!! && she knew from being pregnant with my 2nd how bad I wanted that name if I had a girl!! lord if she ends up naming her daughter the name I wanted I’m still going name my daughter that too just different spelling!! I’ll be that person idc 🤣 like come up with your own unique names not take mine
I’ve known since I was a child that if I had a son it would be Jaison but Jaxon and Lincoln were on the list just in case we changed our mind. If Jais would have been a girl, we would’ve named her Ariana. (Our girl name has changed now, though since that name is so popular)
